How it works

1

Students Meet Volunteers

Students are matched with trained and screened volunteers via Zoom.

2

Students Practice Reading

The student reads an e-book using grade-leveled RazKids eBooks with various topics including science. Volunteers are reading coaches to help the student through the story.

3

Additional Practice

Reading coaches meet with their student online for 30-minute guided reading sessions twice a week. After reading, the pair will discuss the story together.

Parent

"My daughter really enjoys reading books at home now.

Her coach encourages her and helps her recognize words."
