Michael J. Puma is a partner in Morgan Lewis’s Philadelphia office and leads the firm’s global labor and employment practice. Mike focuses on complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions, restrictive covenant and trade secret disputes, and discrimination matters. He also advises clients on wage and hour compliance, employee classification, independent contractor issues, and joint and co-employment risk.

Simone Adkins is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Philadelphia office. She advises clients on labor and employment issues, including discrimination, whistleblower matters, management relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
