Successful fundraising blends art and science. This interactive, hands-on workshop demystifies the fundraising process so nonprofit teams can replace hesitation with confidence and build a strong, repeatable foundation for growth.


Participants will explore the essential components of effective fundraising, from understanding key fundraising channels to using research to identify and engage the right audiences. Through a real-world example, the session will also break down how to craft a compelling case statement that simplifies making the ask and strengthens all fundraising efforts, from campaigns to events to one-on-one conversations.


Designed for small to mid-sized nonprofits, this workshop focuses on practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately, regardless of staff size or fundraising experience.
