In The Spotlight : Cass and Al Freeman

RSVP salutes Cass and Al Freeman, this month’s Volunteer Spotlight honorees. Cass and Al have been RSVP volunteers since 1995, serving as Protégé mentors and tutors in community schools. In addition, Cass has been bringing smiles to hospitalized children and others through RSVP’s Clowning Around Program where she’s known as “Classy Clown” and “Dr. Kid-Me.”

The ability of these special volunteers to boost the self-esteem of each child they meet is special indeed. Realizing that each child requires undivided attention and unconditional acceptance, Cass and Al make each interaction for the lucky children they meet an exceptional experience. This selfless, community-minded couple extends support to various RSVP projects, and their commitment, dedication and spirit are the hallmarks of effective volunteerism.

Thank you Cass and Al, for your tremendous work as RSVP volunteers!
