Mock Interviews
RSVP’s mock interview program developed as a response to a community need during the recession and in 2010 we launched the program.   We need the talents of managers, executives or anyone with hiring experience to help job seekers. If you would like to join this group of caring volunteers who are eager to get Montgomery County back to work, please join us!

For many job seekers, interviews can be a very stressful time. Whether interviewing with a group or just one hiring professional, our volunteers will allow job seekers to practice so they feel confident and ready to answer any question that may arise during the actual interview.

RSVP volunteers offer their professional skills and advice by conducting free interview practice sessions for people between jobs or to those who need to polish their interviewing skills.

Help job seekers prepare for their next job interview with a mock session and provide feedback, direction and advice from the perspective of a former company manager, executive and hiring professional.
